Signed and dated  "P. Pasca 1883l" , for Paul Pascal (1832 - 1903): French Orientalist painter. He studyed in Madrid, spent par of his youth in North Africa. Hexhibited in Paris Salon from 1876 to 1880 (source Wikipedia). He specialised in gouaches orientalist vews.
