Fine Pistols numbered 1 & 2 in 9mm rifled caliber, length 42 cm with adjustable sights and original blue octagonal barrels signed in gold: L.AMBROSINI BUENOS AYRES with ELG (Liege) proofmarks. Fine chequered walnut stocks with fine engraved Iron mounts and locks in there original case hardening finish. Burr walnut veneered case ( 49x30x8cm) with brass inlay's and corners and with all the original accoutrements in there original finish.  Lid having a silver escutcheon with the name of owner: NICOLAS L VLAHOVICH who was minister of Justice of the first Republic of La Boca(1907), a neighborhood of Beunos Aires and from 1928 till 29 President of the football club de Boca Juniors

New York address made between 1883 and 1888. Under the barrel the caliber  38. 2 1/4  (was 38. 1 3/4). Original graduated rear sight.  Double set triggers. Clear Hepburn patent on left side of the frame. Fine chequered pistol grip and matching chequered fore-end original finish. Nickel plated brass butt plate.
